Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Ebedorian ("the App"), operated by Chaqar LLC ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the App and choose to connect your Google account.

1. Information we access

Ebedorian accesses information only with your consent, through Google's OAuth sign-in, and only for the Google services you authorize. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:

Your basic Google profile and email address, used to identify your account and associate it with your session.
Content within the specific Google services you connect (for example, managing posts on a Blogger blog you own) in order to perform the actions you request.

We request the narrowest scopes necessary for the features you use. We do not request access to Google data that the App does not need.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above solely to provide and operate the features you request — such as creating, editing, or publishing content on your behalf. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Limited Use disclosure. Ebedorian's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or use Google user data to train generalized or foundational AI/ML models; we do not sell Google user data; and we do not use it for advertising.

3. AI processing

Ebedorian uses large language models to draft and process content at your direction. Where fulfilling your request requires it, content may be processed transiently by these models to produce the output you asked for. This processing is limited to serving your request and is not used to train generalized AI models.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only:

with Google, as necessary to perform the actions you authorize through Google APIs;
with infrastructure and AI-model providers strictly as needed to operate the App, under confidentiality obligations; and
where required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain access tokens and any operational data only as long as needed to provide the service. You may revoke Ebedorian's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of data associated with your account, contact us at ebedorian@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, and restrict access to authorized systems and personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children

Ebedorian is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
