These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ebedorian ("the App"), operated by Chaqar LLC ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Ebedorian is an AI assistant that helps automate content publishing and workflow tasks. When you connect a third-party account (such as Google), the App performs only the actions you authorize and request.
The App integrates with third-party services, including Google APIs. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaqar LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and revoke its access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chaqar LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
